Partnership for Hope Waiver for St. Louis County

To quote Bill McClellan from my local newspaper the St. Louis Post-Dispatch “Partnership for Hope is a unique collaboration between county developmental disability boards, the Missouri Department of Mental Health and federal Medicaid services. The program aims to prevent individuals with developmental disability situations from deteriorating to the point of crisis by assisting with their transportation, housing, technology, personal assistance, and physical and behavioral health needs“.

On July 8th, from 9am – noon, the Productive Living Board will hold a public hearing at the St. Louis County Library’s headquarters to let the public comment on the Partnership for Hope Waiver Amendment. I plan to be there, along with many other parents of those with disabilities in St. Louis. If you would like more information, click here.
