For my son at least, this article tells me nothing new. What it does suggest, is that maybe I need to get him a larger dose of melatonin. He takes only one mg while I take 500 mcg?! On second thought, I need to find out the difference between mg and mcg.
Okay, the answer is, 1000 mcg = 1mg. So in fact, he’s taking more than I am. I guess the next question for me to ask (which is for tomorrow) will be, how much we should each be taking?
