As someone who has a degree in physical education, I thought this article hits on a really good idea. Helping others with disabilities while at the same time, getting physical activity.
After all, like myself, not all of us are athletes and what better way to get that physical activity while also feeling good about it. The article is entitled “This School Gives Students PE Credit For Doing Yard Work For The Elderly And People With Disabilities. It’s really a very simple concept and everybody wins.
